WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our bracelets are hand-made in Champlin, Minnesota. We are proud to be 100% American-made using 100% recycled material. We ship anywhere in the world.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your Ulatti purchase but if you need to return something you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and dispatch a return.
To send something back you can request a return at customerservice@ulatti.com. You'll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you store credit which can be used across multiple future orders.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON A ULATTI BRACELET?
At Ulatti we strive to do the right thing. If you have any defect in your bracelet email customerservice@ulatti.com and we will replace it for free.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Domestic* packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
All packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail are typically delivered 2-3 business days after they leave our workshop.
